ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.54 of 2021 on the file of the fourth respondent/Police from the fourth respondent to third respondent for conducting an impartial,unbiased investigation the matters in accordance with law.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police is about to complete the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2021.
3. At this juncture, if the investigation is transferred from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent, the entire investigation done by the fourth respondent would be affected.
4. In view of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
