This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein not to harass and not to interfere in the day to day activities of the "Anna Thayagam Benefit Fund Limited" based on the representation.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
