ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the Petitioner Mrs.P.Gomathai, who is the holder of a Mini Bus and a Stage carrier permit, in the name and style of "Lakshmi Mini Bus", was also given the benefit of renewing the said permit by the second respondent in his proceedings in R.NO.2942/C1/2016-PSC No.11/TUTY/2016, dated 09.02.2016 for the route Kovilpatti Bus Stand to Alampatti via Lakshmi Mill, Maniyachi Vilakku, Thonukal Vilakku, Alampatti. When the said Mini Bus was plying in the permitted route for the past ten years without any violation, the fourth respondent is also running a Stage Carrier Mini Bus Service in the name and style of S.S.R.B.S. Mini Bus. But, they are unnecessarily violating the permit by entering into the permitted route of the petitioner. Therefore, a representation was given to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents not to ply in the permitted route of the petitioner.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. After perusing the representation, this Court is not able to appreciate the problem of the petitioner. For, nowhere in the representation, dated 03.06.2016, it is mentioned the date or timing on which the fourth respondent has been plying the vehicle entering into the permitted route of the petitioner. When the representation sought to be disposed of is bereft of any particulars, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(P&A) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The District Collector, Thoothukudi District, Thoothukudi.
