ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Transport Corporation challenging the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour under the Payment of Gratuity Act. As it could be seen from the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, a statutory appeal lies before the Appellate Authority under Section 7 (7) of the said Act. Therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority.
