ORDER
Non-consideration of the petitioner's claim for regularization of her service, when similarly placed persons were regularized based on the order passed by this Court in WA(MD). No.1127 of 2016, dated 10.01.2017, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present Writ Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regarding to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim for regularization of her service, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law and also in the light of the Judgment passed by this Court in WA(MD).No.1127 of 2016, dated 10.01.2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
