ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.12 of 2019 has been completed and final report also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai, which was also taken cognizance in Spl.S.C. No.17 of 2019. He would further submit that after full trial, the accused came to be acquitted.
