Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth respondent to release the sale certificate pending document No. P201600063 on the file of the Sub-Registrar office, Nilakottai by considering the representation dated 03.01.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the

proceedings under Section 47(A) of the Indian Stamps Act has been initiated and orders are passed, the document, namely, the sale certificate cannot be retained by the respondents.

5. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2017 and pass orders on the same in the light of the orders already passed by this Court under similar circumstances. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
