ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein, not to interfere with the civil suits pending before the respondent.

2. The petitioner herein lodged complaint seeking police protection before the third respondent. On the said complaint, the third respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed. However, again the petitioner lodged the very same complaint, seeking police protection, when the civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein in A.S(SR).No.1525 of 2020, arising out of the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2020 passed in O.S.No.15 of 2017, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Manaparai.

3. Considering the above, the respondents 1 to 3 herein are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein, except any complaint lodged by the respondents 4 and 5 herein in respect of any crime committed by the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, both the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
