ORDER
The petitioners herein seek a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land situated in Survey No.14/10, Old Survey No.198-1, Thanjakur Village, Marnadu Group, Manamadurai Circle, Sivagangai District, by considering his online application No.2025/N123/23/00672, dated 21.04.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.Baburajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioners, the subject property belongs to them and the patta for the said property stands in the names of the mother of the first petitioner and the father of the second petitioner in Patta No.403. Therefore, the petitioners submitted an online application for survey of the property on 21.04.2025. However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioners have come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit the third respondent has already issued a notice fixing 20.06.2025 as the date for conducting the survey of the property.
5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this court is inclined to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the online application of the petitioners dated 21.04.2025 seeking survey of the subject property and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and other interest parties, if any. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
