PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 006/2022/A2 dated 22.04.2026 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all continuation, service benefits and monetary benefits to the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 22.04.2026, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned suspension order has been

revoked by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.006/2022/A2, dated 08.05.2026. In view of the same, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
