ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit based on the complaint given by the third respondent with regard to a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent for withdrawal of the insurance amount, the second respondent is conducting enquiry. The petitioner without appearing for enquiry, has filed the present petition. He further submitted that the second respondent has not harassed the petitioner nor intent to harass her.

4. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Considering the fact that the enquiry in this case is pending, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and cooperate with the investigation. During investigation, there shall not be any harassment to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
