ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned land must be classified as "Agricultural land". His grievance is that it has been wrongly classified as "house site" and valued higher. He wants to be reclassified.

3.It is the first respondent who is the authority competent to consider the petitioner's request.

4.I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
