ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Section 366 IPC @ Section 366 IPC and Section 5(1), 6(1) and 17 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.36 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the Special Court, Nagercoil, on 30.06.2022 by showing this petitioner as absconding accused. A report was called for from the concerned Court as to whether summon or warrant has been issued to the petitioner. It has been stated by the letter dated 22.08.2022 that warrant has been issued against this petitioner. 3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court by showing this petitioner as absconding accused, she has to appear before the concerned Court and can execute bond. The trial Court shall treat the NBW as summons and permit the petitioner to execute sureties at its directions.
