The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2013 to restore the increment for one year and to cancel the period of temporary suspension from 06.10.2012 to 09.10.2012.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2013 and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
