ORDER

The petitioner herein had voluntarily retired from service on medical grounds and when she had sought for payment of pension, in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.32, Social Welfare and Noon Meal Scheme Department, dated 30.04.2015, the first respondent herein had passed the impugned memo dated 02.04.2019, seeking for submission of certain supporting documents, for the purpose of considering the petitioner's request.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in accordance with the direction made in the impugned memo, she had submitted all the required documents on 22.04.2019 itself and that the respondents may be directed to consider the same.

3. Since the order dated 02.04.2019 impugned in the present writ petition only seeks for submission of certain documents, which the petitioner claims were 2/4

already submitted, I am of the view that the first respondent herein may be directed to consider the petitioner's request for payment of pension on the basis of the documents to be supplied. In this background, the petitioner herein is called upon to submit a copy of the reply dated 22.04.2019, together with all the supporting documents to the first respondent herein and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's request for payment of pension, in the light of the impugned memo dated 02.04.2019, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.08.2022 vsm 3/4
