2. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents.

4. According to the petitioner, the place selected by the first respondent for godown and agriculture office would not help the agriculturists and it is far away from the village, where the movement of public is very thin and the place selected would not benefit for the poor agriculturists. It appears that the petitioner has addressed a representation to the first respondent/District Collector in the subject matter in issue on 07.06.2016 through registered post with acknowledgement due. Till date, the representation of the petitioner and others have not met with any positive response.

5. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016 is pending without any progress and disposal in the subject matter in issue, at this stage, this Court, in the interest of justice and fair play, directs the first respondent/District Collector, Pudukottai District, to look into the representation of the petitioner personally and to consider the same and to dispose of the same on merits by passing a reasoned speaking order in a dispassionate manner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
