ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide electricity agricultural service connection to the petitioner's agricultural property in S.No.45/2 in an extent of 1 acre in Sottathatty Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, in accordance with law, in pursuance of the direction issued by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Generation and Distribution Electricity Consumer Redressal Forum, Sivagangai District, in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking electricity service connection to the petition mentioned agricultural property along with all document including the copy of the order passed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Generation and Distribution Electricity Consumer Redressal Forum, Sivagangai District. However, till date, her representation has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition. 2/5

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate order thereon.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 and pass order in accordance with law, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
