respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 09.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Driver attached to the DIG office, Dindigul. There is a property issue between the petitioner and the third respondent, over which, a suit in O.S.No.183 of 2015 was filed by the third respondent, who is brother and it was decreed in his favour. But however, the petitioner has continued to be in possession. Against the above sid decree and judgment, the petitioner has also filed the appeal before the appellate Court, which is pending. Pending the above said appeal, continious trouble is made by the second respondent to vacate the above said property. On that ground, he sent a complaint. During the course of enquiry only, pressure has been made upon him to let up the property.

3. But the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that absolutely there is no complaint received from the third respondent. Only apprehending that the second respondent may support the third respondent, the above said representation has been made. After that the petitioner did not appear.

4. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. There is no question of harassment here, only the complaint given by the pettioner is under enquiry.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
