ORDER

(order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) The petitioner seeks to punish the contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, dated 27.07.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3917 of 2018. 2.In our considered view, there need not be any direction for initiating contempt proceedings against the contemnor, because, FIR has been registered in Crime No.486 of 2019 on the file of the Othakadai Police Station. A copy of the same has been handed over by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
