Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the 2nd respondent to issue the ration card to him by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015. 2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue the ration card to him. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 03.09.2015, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second respondent to consider the above

representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petitin is disposed of. No costs.
