ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceeding of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A6/4575/2017 dated 4.10.2017 and consequently forbear the 1st respondent from holding any enquiry as regards the genuineness of the legal heirship certificate issued in his proceeding in Pa.Mu.No.720/2005/A6 dated 16.3.2005 and also the legal heirship certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner's father by the Tahsildar in Pa.Mu.No.5170/1996/A6, dated 10.06.1996. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, submitted that pursuant to the filing of the present writ petition, the first respondent has passed proceedings in Ni.Mu.A6/4575/2017, dated 21.11.2017. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
