Court on 05.09.2018, wherein, upon hearing the submissions of the intervenor about the handing over of some articles and certificates belonging to the defacto complainant by the petitioners' family, this Court had referred this matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench to be mediated and pursuant to that, mediation had taken place on different dates and thereafter, since there no agreement reached out on the claims and counter claims of both the petitioners and the defacto complainant, a report has been sent to this Court stating as 'mediation failed'. 3.Considering the fact that investigation is still pending and there are facts to be investigated and also considering the fact that the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this petition.
