ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 26.12.2015, through which she sought for surveying her land in Survey No.160/14 measuring an extent of 6 cents 2616 square feet situated in Melaparuthiyur Village, Melaparuthiyur Group, Veeracholan Sub Division, Thiruchuli Circle, Virudhunagar District and to fix boundary line therein.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the fact that it is for the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.12.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
