Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The sixth respondent is holding a mining license. The allegation of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent had acted contrary to the terms of the license. He had given a complaint before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall pass final order only after hearing the sixth respondent.
