This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2021 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Pudukkottai to the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi.

2.Today(22.11.2022), when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3.On perusal of the earlier proceedings shows that pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent/husband deposited a sum of Rs.4,02,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi towards arrears of maintenance.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Court concerned shall ensure that the order of maintenance is strictly adhered to. No costs.
