ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 394 I.P.C in Crime No.497 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused person along with other two accused snatched the chain from the defacto complainant.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 4.It is a case of chain snatching. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
