Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the show cause notice issued by him in Na.Ka.No.258 / 2018 / D dated 16/10/2018, when the period stipulated by this Court.

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent / contemnor for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.02.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.3733 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / contemnor jointly would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent/contemnor.
