O R D E R

This application has been filed bringing to the notice of this Court that the name of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned as "S.Kesavan" instead of "R.Kesavan" in the writ petition, affidavit and the final order passed by this Court.

2. As the name of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned due to typographical error, this Court deems it appropriate to permit to correct the description of the petitioner in the writ petition, affidavit and the final order passed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out the necessary correction in the description of the petitioner in the writ petition and affidavit.

4. In the light of the above, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to correct the name of the petitioner as "R.Kesavan" instead of "S.Kesavan" and issue fresh order copy to the parties. 10.06.2026 (3/3) Index :
