Heard the learned counsel either side.

2. The petitioner had approached the second respondent for being provided with educational loan of Rs.4,00,000/-. It appears that the petitioner's guarantor had earlier availed loan from the Bank of Baroda. It is now clarified that the guarantor had cleared the said loan liability. Therefore, prima facie there appears to be no difficulty for the second respondent to grant loan to the petitioner. In any event, these are matters in which the second respondent has to take a call.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. This exercise shall be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
