ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.463 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District.

2.The petitioner filed the present petition as if he amicably resolved the issue with the defacto complainant and a compromise memo is also filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that there are 21 accused in this case, however, the defacto complainant is willing to compromise the issue only with the petitioner/A4 herein.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to accept the compromise arrived at between A4 and the defacto complainant. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the parties to workout their remedy before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
