ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Mandamus to conduct the temple festival. On the very same issue, another group has also filed a petition in W.P.(MD)No.14164 of 2025, wherein this petitioner has also appeared and raised objections for giving permission to conduct festival. Considering the rival submission and that there are two rival groups, this Court, by an order dated 02.06.2025, directed the Inspector of Hindi Religious Endowment Department to conduct the festival with certain conditions. 2.Since this Court has already passed an order on the very same temple festival in W.P.(MD)No.14164 of 2025, no further orders is required in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition criminal is closed.
