ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage after recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3. Notice to the private respondents is dispensed with, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them at this stage.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents submits that the first respondent has directed the second respondent to call for a report from the third respondent in order to proceed further in the matter. 2/4

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, except to direct the official respondents to pass appropriate orders, after issuing due notice to the private respondents and any other persons likely to be affected, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
