ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose appeal in Na.Ka.2815/Vu/2023 and to complete the enquiry proceedings within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
