When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that this petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent for the period of one year i.e., order dated 22.10.2020 and now one year time period was also lapsed and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that the time was lapsed.
3. In view of the above said submissions and also considering the fact that already the particular one year time period was lapsed in order dated 22.10.2020, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
