ORDER

W.P(MD)No.15642 of 2019 respondent. However, now it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the civil dispute reached its logical end and nothing survives in this writ petition.
2.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
