(2nd Respondent is impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 12.12.2017 in W.M.P.(MD).No.18628 of 2017) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner's Rs.10,12,666/- towards Gratuity, Rs.4,26,360/- towards encashment of 240 days of earned leaves and 15 medical leaves, Rs.50,000/- towards Social Security Scheme Benefit, Rs.4,360/- towards refundable deposits, together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amounts towards the delay periods from 31.05.2017 to 07.06.2017 from 31.05.2017 to 07.07.2017 and also from 31.05.2017 to 18.08.2017 in paying EPF Employee's Contribution amount in parts as Rs.1,80,000/-, Rs.1,80,000/- and Rs.1,80,676/- respectively, at the rate of 18% interest per annum, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent/ Corporation. His retirement benefits have not yet been settled. 4.The respondent is directed to settle the same in twelve equal monthly installments. The first installment shall commence on 01.02.2018.
