ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of the civil dispute that is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents herein.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent is the own brother of the petitioner herein. In respect of the family property dispute, the 4th respondent has given a complaint, based upon which, the official respondents are pressurizing this petitioner, who is a senior citizen, aged about 80 years.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no complaint has been received against this petitioner so far from any of the private respondents herein. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13081of 2021 this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the 2nd respondent appears to have advised the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriated Court through appropriate civil proceedings. Based upon that advise, the complaint came to be closed on 08.06.2021. Since the representation made by this petitioner has been closed by giving the aforesaid advise, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, the question of harassment at the hands of the official respondents does not arise.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
