ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1, 3, and 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 and to remove the unauthorized gate and entrance allegedly constructed by them in the 6-feet-wide east-west road in Survey No.163, Part, at Thendral Nagar, Melappattam Karisalkulam Panchayat, Sambanthapuram Revenue Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025.
2. It appears that the petitioner has a private dispute with a neighbouring party, who has installed a small gate abutting the petitioner's entrance. Both entrances are adjoining. The petitioner's attempt appears to be an effort to claim exclusive use of the open space to the exclusion of the private party. As such, this Court finds no merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to establish his rights before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.
