To Prefer the Memorandum of Grounds of First Appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.08.2017 made in O.S.No.95 of 2014 on the File of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Devakottai. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 605 days in representing the papers relating to the above appeal suit.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CMP(MD) No.8381 of 2019 this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
