This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.170 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the case has been registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. and the matter has been referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thenkasi and the Revenue Divisional Officer has also issued summons to the parties to conduct the enquiry.

started.
5.Taking in to consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thenkasi is directed to complete the 107 proceedings within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
