Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.1171/Aa1/2016 dated 00.11.2016 and consequential impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1282/Aa1/2016 dated 00.12.2016, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer to approve the forthwith the appointment of M.Nadhiya as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner's school w.e.f 05.08.2016 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
