Challenging the patta transfer order dated 06.09.2023 passed by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 10.06.2025 and submitted that a recommendation has been made to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani, to cancel the sub-divisions bearing Survey Nos. 601/1D1A and 601/1D1B created as per the proceedings of the Ottanchathiram Taluk Office in TK 8A 285/1433 dated 07.09.2023 and to restore the original land ownership entries. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
