ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide Electricity connection to the petitioner's agricultural irrigation Motor Pump set in Survey No.118/3, 118/4, situated at Kattakoothanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, with adequate protection of respondent no.4.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the said exercise could not be completed only because of the objection raised by the respondents 5, 6 and 7. However, work would be conducted on erection of one more electric pole.

4.In view of the above, this Court hereby direct the fourth respondent to give adequate police protection to the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the process of giving electricity connection to the petitioner's agricultural purpose in Survey No.118/3, 118/4, situated at Kattakoothanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
