CRIME NO.500 OF 2021. ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition of (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders dated 06.08.2021 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10808 of 2021 and thereby permitting the petitioner to report before the Pallipalayam instead of Guzilamparai police station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.RAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10808 of 2021 dated 06.08.2021. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this case anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner on condition that the she shall report before the respondent police / the Inspector of Police, Guzilamparai Police Station, Dindigul District, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is a resident of Namakkal district and she being a woman and mother of two children, is unable to report before the respondent police / the Inspector of Police, Guzilamparai Police Station, Dindigul District, daily and therefore, the learned Counsel seeks for modification of the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6653 of 2021 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and considering the status of the petitioner, the condition (b) alone in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10808 of 2021 in the order dated 06.08.2021 is modified as follows:

"b.The petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working of day of the week for a period of fifteen weeks" 4.This petition is ordered in the above terms. sd/- 06/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
