RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil in Crl.OP. (MD).No.8873 of 2022 in Cr.No.184 of 2022 dt.5.5.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KASIRAJAN S, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties stating that due to unavoidable circumstances, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8873 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.8873 of 2022, dated 05.05.2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
