Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.OP(MD) No.9740 of 2022 dated 16.06.2022 for pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Government of Tmilnadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennail-9 and surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9740 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
