ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.633 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police to the fourth respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents contended that investigation in Crime No.633 of 2021 was completed and a referred charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.
