For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in Crl M.P No. 4549/2024 in Crl M.P No. 3977/2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 19.06.2024 in connection with the crime No. 226 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police set aside the same. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to call for the records in Crl M.P No. 4549/2024 in Crl M.P No. 3977/2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dt. 19.06.2024 in connection with the crime No. 226 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police set aside the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner were obtained bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.3979 of 2024, on 15.05.2024, with certain conditions and thereafter, the petitioners were appeared before the respondent police daily from 21.05.2024. Thereafter, the petitioners are daily wage workers and they are not able to comply the condition, they have filed a petition for relaxation in Cr.M.P.No.4549 of 2024 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and the same was dismissed by the learned Judge. Hence, they have filed this petition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
