Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing them to report before the Jeyankondam Police Station daily 10.30 a.m., and at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10456 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021 is relaxed.
