Mr.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of proceedings dated 09.07.2019 suspending the driving license of the petitioner. Thus, in effect, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. A copy of the said proceedings have been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the same has been served on the petitioner as well.

2. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take such steps as he may desire in regard to proceedings dated 09.07.2019, in accordance with law. No costs.
